Tashkent, Uzbekistan, March 28, 2024
TechnoRobotics Ltd. and Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent have announced a collaboration to develop joint projects and educational programmes in robotics. The parties have signed a Memorandum of Understanding which sets out their intention to cooperate internationally in affordable industrial automation. The aim is to boost productivity in labour-intensive industries and digitise manufacturing with minimal investment, while fostering safety, upskilling workers and increasing quality and resource efficiency. Leveraging global technological ecosystems, the R&D team in Uzbekistan, Israel, and Germany seek to integrate advanced hardware design with unique AI-powered, AR-enhanced software. The resulting collaborative robots (cobot) solutions will be based on collaborative safety and digital twin technologies.
‘We are proud to offer our simple, safe, smart, and sustainable ‘All-in-One’ TeamRobotics® solutions, complemented by services like financial assessment and training, for collaborative projects. Supporting young talents is a privilege for us,’ stated Marina Fliamer, founder of TechnoRobotics. Nurilla Mahamatov, Head of University’s Control and Computer Engineering, added: ‘Through this collaboration, we seek to bridge theory and practice. Teaching computer engineering focuses on how to integrate computer systems into the larger picture. Robotics are one of the cutting-edge applications of computer engineering.’
