Meet the visionaries behind TechnoRobotics® – Marina Fliamer and Artem Lukin. As a founder, Marina brings her rich experience in strategy. She possesses impressive credentials as a seasoned business developer with academic rigor and over two decades of experience in renowned corporations. Her partner, Artem, flaunts extensive knowledge in robotics engineering and holds several patents under his name, thanks to his leadership in various automated project ventures. A deep tech entrepreneur, he has developed from scratch one of the Eurasia’s most prominent robotics firms.

He holds a Master’s degree in Physics and Engineering, providing a strong foundation for his expertise in robotics and automation. In his role, Michail leads a talented team to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Known for his strategic vision and leadership skills, he effectively bridges technical and business objectives while mentoring emerging talent in the industry.

Paul Solovev

Senior Motion Control Engineer

Paul is an experienced Control Engineer specializing in Motion and Factory automation, with proficiency in working with robots. Paul excels in designing and algorithmizing automated control systems, designing electrical cabinets and software engineering. With a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, Paul has worked on architecturing brand new systems, teaching PLC programming, and handling various control engineering tasks over the years.

Kseniia tokarev

Programming and Business Development

Kseniia is a dynamic professional specializing in programming and business development, with a strong focus on multitasking and project management. In addition to her programming expertise, Kseniia efficiently handles multiple responsibilities, including project coordination and strategic business initiatives. Highly organized and detail-oriented, she is committed to leveraging her technical skills and project management experience to drive successful outcomes and support organizational growth.

Aryansh Goyal

Software Development Intern

Aryansh is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Robotics at THWS, Schweinfurt, Germany, where he has built a strong foundation in programming, mechanical design, and automation. He brings hands-on experience with tools such as ROS, MATLAB, and RoboDK, complemented by his skills in AI integration, sensor fusion, and machine learning. He also has strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and leadership abilities. With a passion for industrial automation, he aims to drive valuable advancements in his field.

Eli Sarel serves as the CEO and Founder of smart sense, specializing in Industry 4.0 as an Expert and Solutions Architect. With a 40-year track record, Eli has actively contributed to the full life cycle development of complex technological systems and projects. His leadership role in project management, combined with hands-on experience, reflects a commitment to excellence as both a team player and project leader.

Since 2010, Eli has immersed himself in entrepreneurship, engaging in business opportunity identification, development consulting, investor relations, funds connections, and marketing research. His primary focus lies in diverse fields, including medical devices, green technology, social projects, and online ventures.

Eli’s keen interest lies in the discovery, implementation, and optimization of solutions and processes, demonstrating a capacity to analyze and solve intricate problems with meticulous attention to detail.

Leveraging his extensive knowledge, experience, and skills, Eli has been instrumental in assisting industry practitioners by:

With a rich background as an experienced manager and IT Director spanning over 20 years in the technology industry, Tomer brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His proven track record shines through in his adept leadership of large-scale IT projects and transformations, including implementations, SAP S/4 Hana, ECC, rollouts, and digital transformations.

Tomer is recognized for his proficiency in SAP, Supply Chain, Industry 4.0, and other cutting-edge technologies. As a lecturer on Industry 4.0/Technologies & Transformation and a mentor in Digital Leadership Courses, he shares his knowledge and insights with others.

Tomer is characterized by his strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. He takes end-to-end responsibility, seamlessly translating business needs intotechnology solutions and delivering successful outcomes. His role extends to effective suppliers and vendors management, including contract negotiations.
